Workplace Giving Program

Workplace Giving Program

Mercer employees can donate money directly from their gross salary to the community and Mercer currently matches the contribution dollar for dollar. The Workplace Giving Program will allocate funds based on the themes above.

 

Through this program Mercer has contributed to organisations like Leukemia and Blood Foundation (NZ), Western Chances and Peter Mac Foundation.

 


Community Volunteer Leave

Community Volunteer Leave

Mercer provides its employees with one day’s paid volunteer leave for employees to participate in a community organisation. Volunteering activities can range from one-day team challenges to working in a soup kitchen to tree-planting.
