The Letter of appointment is the first step towards setting up Mercer as your preferred KiwiSaver provider.
The Mercer Super Trust KiwiSaver scheme application form can be found at the back of the Investment Statement. Note that all intending members must receive and read this document before making application to join the Mercer Super Trust KiwiSaver scheme.
